Volunteer at the KIAI 5K

The KIAI 5K is our main source of funding for the scholarships we provide to youth and families making it possible for them to continue their karate instruction.

It takes many hands to make this event a success. You can certainly register to run and raise money but your time helping us support our runners can be even more valuable.

We need people for the following positions:

  • Event set-up and breakdown

  • Route flaggers

  • Water station

  • Registration

  • Raffle sales

  • Parking

  • ...and so much more!

Are you a teen in need of community service hours? Helping at the KIAI 5K  is a fun and easy way to fulfill your community service hour requirements!

Contact our race director Lynne Harper at (401) 465-7383 or by email today using "5K Volunteer" as the subject.
